About Five Star Tours
Five Star Tours is your expert choice for sightseeing America's Finest City. We started our tours in 2012 however we have been in business since 1972 as Five Star Tours by offering tours of the local region. Our tours focus is to have all participants enjoy and learn about San Diego and its many attractions. All our tours are operated to utmost care with all the details taken into consideration. All tours are arrange and limited to include transportation, guided service and park admission were applicable.

Safety
We value the safety of our clients, drivers and staff. During our tours, we will require all passengers to sit during transition of all locations. We require all passengers also to cooperate with our staff and drivers so that everyone enjoys a pleasant time on board our tours. Tour participants who do not cooperate or are deemed unsafe on our tours can be subject to withdrawl of tour or "kicked out". We will cease all operations for group tours if driver/staff deem it unsafe to operate tours.
Our Responsibilities
Five Star Tours acts solely as the agent in arranging for and coordinating various services of other companies to create tour packages, including transportation, tour escorts, restaurants, admission tickets and other services. The persons or companies engaged in conducting those services are not employees of Five Star ToursTours, therefore, Five Star Tours assumes no liability for any loss, accident, damage, delay, inconvenience, expense or injury to you or any persons traveling with you owing to any act of default or negligence caused by any person or company engaged in providing those services, or by any strike, acts of Providence or other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to not allow anyone on board our tours. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour when circumstances require. By submitting your payment for any tour you are accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety .
Client Responsibilities
All passengers assume responsibility for following all tour procedures, safety regulations, and acceptable patterns of behavior while traveling with Five Star Tours. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other passengers on a tour, either prior to departure or during the tour. Should it be necessary for a passenger to return home while a tour is in progress, any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Cancellations
This tour will operate with a minimum number of participants. If a Five Star Tours' tour is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, a full refund will be issued within 10 days of tour cancellation.
